Refund policy

I accept returns up to 14 days of you receiving your rug. You are responsible for the costs of returning the rug/decor piece.

 Once the rug returns to me, I will check it to ensure it is in the same state I shipped it in. If it is, I will process your refund.

If it is damaged, it will be returned to you.

Final sale orders cannot be refunded.
